Support someone in need who is ready for change, but need tools on how to handle and respond appropriately to stressful situations.  Your contribution provides a 45 to 60 minute session to help someone on their journey to healing and wellness.

Individual Coaching

  • Assess all areas of life to determine what areas to improve

  • Discover core values and priorities

  • Identify negative thinking and practice replacing with positive thinking

  • Get rid of any negative beliefs about oneself

  • Help with expressing feelings effectively

  • Create a plan through goal setting

  • Motivate to implement change step by step
