Many of the youth we work with turn 18 and age out of foster care and often time the support doesn’t continue — it disappears.

No family. No safety net. No guidance. Just survival.

Many of the young people we serve carry deep pain from:

• Without mental health support, these youth are at high risk of homelessness, substance use, re-victimization, and incarceration.
